Sometimes DEBAL SOMMER could see for miles and miles across the groovy green valley, as his companion JEAN CAILLOU on the top of a mountain can see for miles across the melodic rocks. The branches and leaves would lash him across the face, and he and his two cows BREGER & TIMBOLETTI would move out for a spicy lunch. So, bounding and crashing and whooping and yelling, the whole tribe, with CANSON in the middle, swept along the tree-roads.

‘From Those Who Are’ comes from Evident’s upcoming release on self-owned label Soundhitectures in a 15 track album called ‘Mysteries We Don’t Have Time To Think About.’ ‘From Those Who Are’ is a drum heavy slow electronica track with a dubbed down trip-hop undertone. The track is industrial yet futuristic, with sharp, atmospheric highlights.
‘Mysteries we don’t have time to think about’ will be released on Soundhitectures on 12th April.

After her first release on the ‘Motek Journeys: USA’ compilation as part of duo Slumber, Amber Cox is back with her own EP ‘Electric Lights’. Both original tracks, ‘Electric Lights’ and ‘Heart Of’ are packed full of spacious grooves and warm pad textures. ‘Electric Lights’ with it’s crisp rhythms draw you in around subtle interplay between bass and synth sections and is finished off with mystery in the spoken vocal.

2040 creates a great story with melodic melodies, which let you dream and move at the same time. Every sound seems to be at the right spot in timing and room. This makes their productions perfect. Short and longs synth mixed with dynamic shakers are creating a great dynamic. After releases on Amselcom, URS and Voltaire Music, they find their way now on to Plötzlich Musik.
Budakid took the song „sognante” and interpreted the song with the same mood, but with a different focus. He added a piano which is giving the whole song a new perspective. Even though his kick is a bit dryer, his remix is a bit more laid back than the original. Great work!

The track is a story where digital meets traditional accoustic old instruments : Ney Flute & Oud which are responding to the deep voice of our singer which is improvising on arabic scales to sing a quatrain from the poems of Omar Khayyam a persian mystical poet and astronom from the XII Century.
